What is QuickScope?
Back-office software for South African businesses with branches, from restaurants to retail. Managers photograph the day's paperwork on any phone, from the opening checklist to the cash-up, and QuickScope keeps it as records the owner can find any time, across every branch.
Does it work with my till?
Yes. It works from the end-of-day paper your till already prints, whichever till provider you use, and only asks each shop for the reports its till can actually produce. Nothing to replace at the till.
Do I need new hardware?
No. Managers use the phone or tablet they already have, iPhone or Android.
What if the paper gets lost or damaged?
Once a page is photographed, the record and the image of the page are kept. A torn, faded or coffee-stained original no longer matters, and any page can be found again by searching.
Can I see all my branches in one place?
Yes. Owners see every branch on one screen: who closed, who signed off and which branch needs attention. Each manager only sees the branches they run.
Does it handle South African payroll?
Yes. PAYE, UIF and SDL come from the dated SARS tables, and a pay run won't go ahead without the right tax year's figures. Staff loans are paid back on payslips.
What happens during load-shedding or with no signal?
Managers use their phone, so the shop's power doesn't need to be on. If the signal drops, the phone keeps what was captured and sends it when the signal is back.
Is our data safe?
Each business's records are kept separate from every other business, and staff sign in with a code sent to their own phone. Read how we handle personal information in our privacy notice.
